Entries must be library or book themed. They will be judged by Library staff and the community on originality, how well they can be reproduced, and how well the design fits with the theme.
Guidelines: • All entries must be clear and depict original images. Copyrighted or AI generated images will not be accepted. • Do not include personal information in your design. • Inappropriate content, such as violent imagery or profanity, will be disqualified. • Any student enrolled in Grades 6-12 at a Lodi school is eligible to participate. • Drawings must fit within the library card dimensions provided on the submission forms, and must include the artist’s Name, School, Grade, and contact information (Email/Phone Number). • Digital art can be submitted online by going to our website (LodiLibraryNJ.org) and using the Google Form on our homepage. • Entries must be submitted by April 30, 2025 in order to be placed in the voting poll. All entries will be on display at the Lodi Memorial Library in the month of May. Voting will be open beginning on May 5, 2025 and ending on May 19, 2025.
Winners: • Three finalists will be chosen through a public poll. One winner from the group of finalists will be selected by the Lodi Memorial Library Board of Trustees and staff. • Each of the three finalists will receive a prize of art supplies and a free replacement card with the winning design! • Gift Cards will be rewarded to the top three finalists in the following amounts: 3rd Place $25, 2nd Place $50, and 1st Place $75.
